Intro
Crafting seems useless in the beginning, but when you get better you have more to do!
Pottery
This is what I started crafting, it isn't too bad. It is very easy to do. Here is how:
Mine some clay
use water on it
go to a spinning wheel
use the soft clay on the wheel
select what you want to make
now put what you made into the pottery oven

Jewelry
You can make all sorts if things, like necklaces, rings, and amulets. These aren't going o be just plain gold though. You can add gems to them! IF you add a gem to them you can enchant them using magic. So you can get the amulet of magic, amulet of defense.. and so on. Below is how to cut a gem:

Silver
Silver really only has a couple of purposes, Holy Symbols, and UnHoly Symbols. These are both nice sources of experience. Here is how to make them:
Here is the experience tables:
Silver | |||
| Picture | Item | Level | Experience |
| Holy Symbol | 16 | 50 | |
| NONE | UnHoly Symbol | 16 | 50 |
If you wish to bless the Holy Symbol you need level 31 prayer or above or a friend who will get it blessed at the monetary for you. I am not sure about the unholy symbol.
Glass
This skill is members only. You can make 3 items with this skill, only two are really of any use. You can make a beer glass, a vial, or an unpowered orb. Below is how to make glass things:
Glass | |||
| Picture | Item | Level | Experience |
| Molten Glass | 3 | 20 | |
| Beer glass | 3 | 17.5 | |
| Vial | 33 | 35 | |
| Unpowered orb | 46 | 52.5 | |
Shelms (Snail Shell Helmets)
Once you have Priest in Peril quest and started the Nature Spirit quest you can get into the Mort Myre Swamps. Once in there you can kill snails and collect their shells. Use your chisel on them to make helmets.
Magic Staves
Members only. Staves can be a weapon, or replace the runes for the type of staff it is (air staff, no air runes needed, just the staff).
You need:
Here is how to make it:
Staves | ||||
| Picture | Item | Magic Lvl | Crafting Lvl | Crafting Exp |
| Water Staff | 56 | 54 | 100 | |
| Earth Staff | 60 | 60 | 112.5 | |
| Fire Staff | 63 | 63 | 125 | |
| Air Staff | 66 | 66 | 138 | |
Dragon hides
You need dragon hides for this. You can get them by killing dragons, or from other players. Once you have hides you can take them to the tanner in Al-kharid, or the crafting guild, or ranging guild. It costs 20gp per hide. Now you need a needle and thread. Use the needle on the hide, and see what you can make.
