Intro

This is a members only skill, and since at the time of writing I am not a member so it is probably incomplete. This skill also helps you to regain energy fast. So that means it may be incomplete.

Gnomes Course

It is in the Gnome's Stronghold North West of Ardougne. Training on agility starts here. Below is how to get through the course:

  1. Walk across the log
  2. climb the net
  3. climb the tree branch
  4. balance across the rope
  5. climb down the tree branch
  6. climb over the net
  7. crawl through the pipes

Barbarian Course

To get to it you need to go North from Ardougne and past Baxtorian falls. You need to have completed the Bar Crawl for part of the Scorpion Catcher Quest. You need to have at least level 35 agility. In this course you can get hit damage for falling. Below is how to get through:

  1. Swing over the spikes
  2. balance over the pond
  3. climb the net
  4. walk across the ledge
  5. jump over the crumbling walls

Wilderness Course

This is in the wilderness. You need at least level 52 agility. Below is how to get through the course:

  1. crawl through the pipe
  2. swing using the rope swing
  3. walk over the stepping stones
  4. walk across the log
  5. walk past skeletons and climb up the rocks

Werewolf Course

This is the haunted woods. You need the Ring of Charos to enter. You get it from the Creature of Fenkenstrain quest. You need level 60 agility to do the agility course. I am not sure what you need for the Skull Ball course. For Skull Ball you just kick a shull through hoops as fast as possible.

Werewolf Agility Course order:

  1. Jump across the five stepping stones
  2. Jump over three hurdles
  3. Squeeze through one of the pipes
  4. Pick up the stick
  5. Climb up the wall
  6. Take the Death Slide all the way down
  7. Hand over your stick to the wolf

Brimhaven Agility Arena

I have more details on this in my Agility Arena Guide.

Agility Dungeon

This is just north of Yanille. You can fall into pits and stuff and it has poison spiders. :)

Agility can also help you make use of some short cuts. For example in Falador by the west bank.
